Body Image is a conversation about loving yourself.
Today, I want to talk about body image and loving yourself because for the majority of women this is a huge block.
Whether you’re someone who wants to lose weight or someone who wants look a certain way, society has trained us that we’re not good enough and that we need to look like this or like that to be perfect.
But really all we need to do is to learn how to love ourselves.
Because when we learn self-love, we attract other things that love and care for us.
Now, I know this is easier said than done. Believe me, I know. I began this journey of loving myself over five years ago, and it’s still constant work. But in the beginning, it was especially hard. There were times when I wanted to give up and I didn’t really think I’d ever fully get to the space of loving myself unconditionally. And then, I started to see small shifts and changes, and realized that this really does work if you’re willing to stick with it.
