The Reset Retreat 2

Join us for a first-of-its-kind 5 day / 4 night experiential lifestyle retreat, which will allow you to reset the most fundamental aspects of your life, including your health, your relationships, and your mindset.  We will activate and work with your body’s soul and intuition, so that after you leave the Reset Retreat, you will be guided by your soul and inner wisdom. Get ready to get into your body, get out of your head, and to delete old patterns to operate in your highest truth.

This intimate gathering will allow for a fast-track experience in these key areas of your life:

• Health – We will take a deep dive into the habits, routines and practices that hold us back from fully committing to the highest good of our physical and emotional selves.

• Relationship – We will explore how we innately behave based on our parental and societal conditioning, and we will reprogram our natural ability to connect with ourselves and our broader communities.

• Mindset – We will break down the patterns that lock us into a limited reality and rebuild in a conscious community, allowing you to trust your soul’s truth.

With intention, we are inviting a powerful group of 15 people to commune together. We will be working with each other in this container to break down fears and uncertainties that get in the way of us living out our soul’s full potential. We believe this life is meant to be lived FULLY and that is why the two of us have set out to create an experience for the courageous souls who are ready to enter into a loving and intense incubator with other high-vibrational humans.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Each day we will provide three nutritious meals, movement-based activities, guided meditation powered by MindTravel, a group coaching session, individualized nutritional therapy, and a deep educational teaching that is part of the Reset Retreat series.  There will be group activities through which we can explore the local culture and community, as well as time for individual space and reflection. Each guest will receive a highly-curated swag bag to support their journey. The experience will be professionally photographed, and all will have an opportunity for a private photography session and to purchase professional photos of their travels in this vibrant Spanish architecture. Transportation to and from the airport and for all group activities is included as a part of the package price. Cost of airfare is separate.

RETREAT LOCATION 

The Reset Retreat will take place in the beautiful colonial-era city, San Miguel de Allende in Mexico’s central highlands. San Miguel de Allende is known for its baroque Spanish architecture, thriving arts scene and cultural festivals. In the city’s historic, cobblestoned center lies the neo-Gothic church Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, whose dramatic pink towers rise above the main plaza, El Jardín.

LODGING

Your home for this 5 day / 4 night stay is a rare luxury home just half a block from Parque Juarez and steps to the center of San Miguel de Allende. No need for a car or even a taxi as all is within walking distance. The home was built in 1997 but has a beautiful old world look and feel. It has been featured in many books and magazines as a classic Mexican Colonial architecture.
