Join us as we travel to Mexico’s powerful Yucatán Peninsula for our second annual 5 day / 4 night experiential lifestyle retreat in Tulum, which will allow you to reset the most fundamental aspects of your life, including your health, your relationships, and your mindset. We will activate and work with your body’s own remembering and intuition, so that after you leave the Reset Retreat™ Tulum, you will be guided by your own inner wisdom. Get ready to get into your body, get out of your head, and magnify your highest truth.

This intimate gathering will allow for a fast-track experience in these key areas of your life:

• Health – We will take a deep dive into the habits, routines and practices that hold us back from fully committing to the highest good of our physical and emotional selves.

• Relationship – We will explore how we innately behave based on our parental and societal conditioning, and we will reprogram our natural ability to connect with ourselves and our broader communities.

• Mindset – We will break down the patterns that lock us into a limited reality and rebuild in a conscious community, allowing you to trust your soul’s truth.

What Can I Expect?

Each day we will provide nutritious meals, movement-based activities, guided meditation powered by MindTravel, a group coaching session, nutritional therapy, and a deep educational teaching that is part of the Reset Retreat™ series. There will be group activities through which we will explore the local culture and community, and there will be time for individual space and reflection. Each guest will receive a highly-curated swag bag to support their journey. Transportation to and from the International Cancun Airport (CUN) on November 2nd and 6th along with all group activities and related transportation are included in the package price. Cost of airfare is separate.

Location

The Reset Retreat™ will take place in the Sian Ka’an just beyond Tulum, Mexico, a town on the Caribbean coastline of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. Tulum is known for its beaches and well-preserved ruins of an ancient Mayan port city. In Tulum, nature is present in all its glory through its lagoons, cenotes (deep natural wells or sinkholes), and a beachfront Mayan archaeological site once used as an astrological and trading center. This region has a pure energy reflecting the Mayan goddess Ixchel – the mother of love and fertility, the grandmother of plants and animals, a young mother and an old mother, and the rage that transforms the pain of the earth when it is hurt and disgraced.
Lodging
Your home for this 5 day / 4 night stay is an exclusive luxury property within the Sian Ka’an superb wilderness sanctuary. This private residence’s design and amenities harmoniously integrate the elements of the natural surroundings by combining high-end comforts and charming traditional Oaxacan décor. There are elegant rooms and suites, glamorous bell tents, bungalows and sociable living and dining space. The property rests on one of the most pristine hidden white-sand coves facing the spectacular emerald Sian Ka’an lagoon. Untamed lush jungle vegetation around the property provides comforting shade enhanced by birdsongs. This is the ultimate secluded space where one can breathe and escape and where it feels like a home away from home.

Kristin has a strong desire to help humans “level up” in all aspects of their lives, most fundamentally by improving their nutrition and lifestyle practices.
