What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Planning:- Design and execute a content calendar that aligns with our brand values, supports program launches, and engages our community.
- Conduct regular audience research, staying updated on trends within the wellness and transformation spaces to ensure content relevance and resonance
Content Creation:- Craft high-quality, thoughtful posts, reels, and stories that speak to our audience’s journey, using a voice that is encouraging, insightful, and engaging.
- Translate our brand’s mission into beautiful, resonant content that educates, inspires, and uplifts.
Community Building & Engagement:- Foster genuine connections by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and creating interactive experiences like live sessions, challenges, or community collaborations.
- Encourage audience interaction and sharing of their personal stories to deepen engagement and build community.
Analytics & Optimization:- Track performance metrics across platforms, gathering insights to refine and optimize our content strategy.
- Use data to make actionable recommendations on content themes, posting times, and formats, continuously adapting based on audience feedback and engagement.

Direct Content Creation Process:
- Your expertise will guide the team. You’ll proactively recommend and plan content scripts, direct the recording process, and provide clear feedback to ensure our voice and message are consistently engaging and impactful.

About You
Experienced with Transformation Content:- You have a deep understanding of personal and professional transformation content, wellness, or holistic coaching.
Visually Oriented Storyteller:- You have an eye for aesthetics and storytelling, able to translate our brand’s voice into visually engaging and resonant social media content.
Analytical yet Intuitive:- You bring a strategic mindset, balancing data-driven decision-making with an intuitive understanding of what content will serve and engage our audience.
Adaptable and Open to Growth:- You’re adaptable and open to feedback, with a growth mindset that allows you to evolve alongside our brand. As our community grows, you’ll have opportunities to take on new responsibilities, explore innovative formats, and develop your skills.
