I would have to say that I am a woman of many traits but my life path has taken me to the route of being a Medicine Woman. A medicine woman is someone that help others see and create their own medicine. Whether your medicine is through herbs, spirituality, and other modalities your medicine is unique to you. I have learned that through my healing journey. I love spending quality time with my family my two miracle boys and high school sweetheart. I love attending to my new garden and plants, reading books and just connecting with nature.

At the time I met V I was very lost and had a lot going on within and she was a piece of the puzzle that I needed for my healing journey.

When I did ACTV8 I had the idea that V was going to be helping me clear out the noise and help me define my brand, but I was wrong. ACTV8 catapulted not only the business but my journey through my spirituality, my childhood traumas, my fears, and my entire soul purpose.

Reflecting back I feel that by doing ACTV8 I have been able to push out of my comfort zone. I remember clearly in one of the exercises I mentioned a “wild” life long dream of mine was to open a Tea Company and here I am with a small online herbal shop making a big impact. ACTV8 helped plant that seed in the Universe and now I’m watching it grow and tending to it.

I believe we are all our own medicine and my mission is to guide others in seeing and creating their own life medicine.
